I’m so pleased to introduce you to little Mims. I got to meet her just before her two week birthday and I just can’t believe how tiny and beautiful she is. Her mom, Ann Yates, emailed me a few weeks before her due date, knowing she wanted infant portraits done. She was supposed to keep me posted after her doctor’s appointment the next Tuesday, but instead, she had a baby! A week later, we finally got our schedules together. Sadly for Ann Yates, but happily for me, Mims has her days and nights mixed up. So she was just snuggly and asleep during our whole session. It was perfect. They didn’t find out whether Mims was a boy or a girl, so her nursery was neither pink nor blue. It was the most marvelous uni-sex nursery I’ve ever seen. It had cream colored horizontal stripes on the walls with gorgeous fabrics in a burnt orange color. The theme was foxes- it was precious. This little wooden mobile hung from the dark wood ceiling with retro prints behind it.
