Photographers say it all the time… we don’t take pictures of our own life because we’re so busy taking pictures of others. I did really well taking pictures at milestones, until about 10 months ago. But today, me and my girls took a trip to the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and enjoyed this spring day right in the middle of winter. Pierce is 4 and Adelaide is 19 months. 
A quick wardrobe change later, we were out having fun…
I love that in the first picture here she looks like she walks well, instead of toddling. And in the second, she’s using her arms to keep from falling, but looks like she’s in a perfect ballet position. 
She found such pleasure in throwing rocks. And I promise she threw them, not threw them up.
