A few months ago I ran into Danielle… a girl I had taught ballet to when she was in 9th grade (I think!) out at Westwood Ballet in Forestdale. After she stopped dancing there, we lost touch. So, as we chatted at Books a Million, she mentioned that she was engaged and I mentioned that I photograph weddings. A few days later we met to talk about the details of her wedding and in January we’ll be spending the day at her beautiful wedding!
She and Jonathan were high school sweethearts. They’re too cute. And sweet Jonathan met me to do these engagement shots during the Alabama- South Carolina game. Can you say TROOPER? And he didn’t complain and even gave genuine smiles! I hope him missing the game wasn’t the cause of the loss? When we scheduled the shoot, Danielle mentioned that she wanted to do it at her family’s property in Morris. So we did! It was not only gorgeous, but meaningful. Hopefully I’ll get to go back for more shoots in the future. As we finished, we were right next to a produce stand with boiled peanuts! Gorgeous pics and boiled peanuts? I just can’t think of a happier ending.
