Some weddings just feel like pure magic from start to finish—Mary Elise and Ben’s enchanting dream wedding at The Club was exactly that. Every detail, every moment, and every vendor came together to create a celebration that was nothing short of amazing. It was an absolute dream wedding.
Bridal Details
Mary Elise’s bridal look was breathtaking. Her gown was adorned with delicate floral embellishments. Her hair, swept into a soft updo, featured small white flowers that mirrored those on her dress. However, it was the smile she wore on her face all day long that really made this bride stand out.
Her bridesmaids complemented the aesthetic flawlessly, each wearing a different style dress in various shades of purple that blended together beautifully. The wedding bouquets mixed in pastel colors for a pop that was stunning.
First Look and Ceremony
Mary Elise and Ben are the kind of couple that radiate joy. Their love for each other, their intentionality, and their excitement to step into marriage were evident in every moment of their day. While they thoughtfully planned a beautiful celebration for their family and friends, at the heart of it all was a deep love and a shared commitment to their future together.
Their day began at Canterbury United Methodist Church, a stunning and timeless space that set the perfect scene for their ceremony. Before walking down the aisle, Mary Elise and Ben shared a private first look, that provided them a quiet moment together to soak in the magnitude of the day ahead. Their time with each other and in prayer with their attendants was meditative and meaningful.
Reception Details
After their heartfelt ceremony, the celebration continued at The Club, where guests were welcomed into a floral wonderland. Marigold Design absolutely outdid themselves with floral displays. The overall soft color palette of the day—white, cream, lavender, and sage green—created a soft, romantic, and elevated feel.
Floral-lined curtains framed the entrance, setting the tone for what was to come. The reception tables were adorned with arrangements that mixed soft hues and a pop of bright color, with abundant greenery, creating an ethereal garden-like ambiance. The cake table was a centerpiece in itself, surrounded by even more breathtaking florals.
And then there was the cocktail wall—one of the most stunning details of the night. A crisp white display held specialty cocktails garnished with a sprig of lavender, an elegant and thoughtful touch that fit seamlessly into the evening’s aesthetic.
The Perfect Vendor Team
Every wedding comes together through the hard work and dedication of an incredible vendor team, and this one was absolute perfection. King Event Co. took Mary Elise’s vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. Every element, from the florals to the lighting to the thoughtful details, was carefully curated to match the couple’s dream aesthetic.
I can’t say enough about how much I loved working alongside this team—true professionals who made magic happen. And a special shoutout to Lindsey, the planner who perfectly matched me with Mary Elise and Ben. They are exactly the kind of couple I love working with—kind, thoughtful, and deeply excited about the meaning behind their day.
