In our house, Halloween is much longer than just a day. Pierce and I had the most fun decorating for “happy harvest” as she called it, early in the month. Then the Pumpkin Patch. This year my mom “Ooba” took her to a pumpkin carving party, which is the only time I could convince her to wear her Belle wig during all of the festivities. Then the Trunk or Treat at our church and finally… trick or treating on Halloween night. What a fun season!
I love the proud face Pierce is sporting as she walks out to see Ooba in her costume. I forgot to mention that while P was at the pumpkin carving party, I thought it would be fun for Adelaide to try some fingerpainting. You can see for yourself just how it went. Pierce and her friend Madeline, Belle and Cinderella, were inseparable at the trunk or treat.
