Meet Peyton and Pres… they are one of my adorable and fun June couples. They both grew up in Dothan, but didn’t know each other! What are the chances? They both ended up at Samford, met, ran into each other again, and then finally got together. He is just finishing seminary/Divinity School (I don’t know which is right!) at Samford, and she is about to start law school.
They are both so sweet, that I wasn’t sure what sort of tone we would get with this engagement shoot. But look at this girl working it OUT! In the few moments I quit running my mouth long enough to take a picture, we got some really great stuff. Don’t you think she looks like a cross between Ginnifer Goodwin and Vivian Leigh? Lucky man, that Pres. And he is too much fun. I would try to get him to not smile, which was like playing the “don’t smile” game with a kid. He would just beam and then burst into laughter. However, this too translated into a great photo moment. That’s what I love… the moments between the poses.
