It was a really fun way to start family portrait season when my old friend Lindsay emailed about doing a session for her family. Our dad’s have known each other since forever and Lindsay and I were friends in college. I hadn’t met her husband or beautiful daughters though, and I was itching for a good field session.
Now let’s be honest. Family sessions can be hard. The dad is never thrilled about the idea. I am a total spaz, but you never know if the children will be a fan of my silliness or not. But the Draneys were a dream. Those girls. Precious. I had a hard time narrowing it down, but I think these show you the jist of the afternoon.
