There’s a movement going on in the photography industry called “front porch sessions.” It’s to provide people the opportunity to have photos taken during this very specific time in history, capturing the phase of life they’re in right now. I love the idea. It doesn’t REALLY fit my business model, as I’m generally far closer to folks that 6 feet. AND my little fam is quarantining a bit more strictly than I feel like a bunch of front porch sessions would allow. HOWEVER. When Bobbi and Emilio texted that they were stuck here (all flights home kept getting cancelled) and they really wanted to capture their infant daughter in this phase, I jumped. You may remember their Cinco de Mayo wedding at Bridgestreet almost 2 years ago. I sure do. They’re one of my favorite couples. So, while I usually do wedding posts here, it’s a fun occasion for a family post. I would love for all my wedding couples to take me along into these next phases!!! Meet Baby Lola, y’all.
